Senior HR Manager (m/f) Germany

Your responsibilities: Lead the German HR team (6 HR Professionals and 1 matrix report) to deliver high added value HR services/processes across 2 German sites (Karlsruhe & Kerpen) Define and integrate HR strategies ensuring that HR services (recruitment, training/development, rewards, etc.) are coordinated on a professional and timely basis Act as strategic HR Business Partner and fully integrated member of the German Leadership Team Advice the Leadership Team in all staff related issues and to improve the working environment overall Develop Visteon in Germany as an employer of choice via design and implementation of employee initiatives, e.g. student programs, charity events, etc. Lead and manage organizational change and interface with local work council to drive restructuring actions Participate in EU-wide/international HR projects and work closely together with global Centers of Excellence like Rewards, TA, TM and HRM

Your qualifications: University degree (Bachelor/MBA) in a business / HR related discipline At least 6 years of experience in an HR management/supervisory position, ideally with an international/blue chip company Knowledge of German employee related legislation Experience in HR specific tools (Peoplesoft, KRONOS, etc.) and strong skills using the MS Office suite Demonstrated ability to build up good relations as well as negotiate and reach agreements with work councils and union representatives Strong cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving and people skills Fluent spoken and written German and English Flexible and able to work in a dynamic work environment
