Your responsibility
In your role as an HR Transformation Specialist (m/f/d) at Atotech you will be part of the Corporate HQ HR department for Atotech worldwide. You will support us in the development of our talent strategies and advise on the design and implementation of global HR transformation and digital HR programs. You will team up with HR colleagues in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics, as well as colleagues from Global IT and Corporate Finance, to drive our business strategy.
- Support us in defining our HR strategy to design and implement (global) HR transformation programs within the Atotech group
- Analyze and revise current HR processes to more efficient
ways of working - Collaborate closely together with our local HR departments, Global IT and Corporate Finance to improve our HR processes and systems
- Contribute to the design of a delivery model for our HR services
- Participate in digital HR/HR IT implementations
- Responsibility as work stream leader (m/f/d) within group-wide HR/HR IT projects and communication within the HR organization by running workshops and trainings
- Support our global HRIS System SuccessFactors as Key User Atotech entities in Central-, South- and Eastern Europe
Your skills and competences
- During your university studies in business administration or information technology, you have developed a strong interest in HR processes. You understand the importance of technology within an HR department
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of HR transformation consulting, ideally in the area of HR process design and IT implementation and HR systems in global, ideally SuccessFactors or Workday
- You have the analytical insight, intellectual curiosity and vision to develop more efficient operating models
- You’re people-minded and sensitive to your environment
- You’re conscious of the role of change management and have the people and communication skills to support change

Attractive remuneration in line with the tariff for the chemical industry (Berlin-West) + 13th month's salary + holiday pay + performance-related bonus.
