We are now looking for a Recruiting Team Lead to join our global HR Marketing & Recruiting team at RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST) on a permanent basis. The role shall be ideally based in our headquarters in Essen (Germany).
This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiting expert to work within our international leading energy trading house which is expanding both in Europe and across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new routes to market coupled with the ambition to drive the overall recruitment strategy for RWEST. You will play a leading role in developing and implementing a business-wide recruiting process, identifying creative and innovative ways that support the recruitment needs of the business and ensuring that RWEST is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the various global communities. You will work hand in hand with the operational HR colleagues and HR Business Partners to ensure close alignment in terms of business goals whilst also building trusted relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders. As part of the HR Marketing team, you will effectively profit from the communication strategies that attract diverse talent to our business.
