As Senior Corporate Commu­ni­ca­tions Man­ager (f/m/x), you will de­liver expert com­mu­ni­ca­tions coun­sel to key busi­ness part­ners, includ­ing the C-Suite. Focus­ing on the DACH and EMEA regions, you'll man­age con­tent for inter­nal and exter­nal con­tent in Ger­man and Eng­lish. Final­ly, you'll spear­head media rela­tions and PR activ­i­ties for the region.

• Work with business stake­hold­ers to de­velop tar­geted, inte­grated, crea­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tions plans in the DACH and EMEA region that effec­tive­ly engage audi­ences, are aligned with indus­try best prac­tices, and address the needs of all inter­nal and exter­nal stake­holders
• Ensure fulfillment of all com­mu­ni­ca­tion needs of the larg­est site of Dentsply Sirona in Bensheim, Hessen (media inqui­ries, inter­views, inter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­tion etc.)
• Provide strategic com­mu­ni­ca­tions coun­sel to the mem­bers of the Exec­u­tive Man­age­ment team, includ­ing both inter­nal and exter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­tions oppor­tu­ni­ties; main­tain exec­u­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion cal­endars
• Ensure content development and mea­sure­ment to sup­port ex­tended lead­er­ship team meet­ings and quar­terly global town halls; pre­pare C-Suite mes­sages for the orga­ni­zation
• Deliver expert communi­ca­tions guid­ance to busi­ness partners
• Work collaboratively and cre­a­tively with HR coun­ter­parts to de­velop and rec­om­mend inte­grated engage­ment strat­egies
• Create content and manage deliv­ery for a vari­ety of exter­nal and inter­nal mate­ri­als, includ­ing trans­la­tion, design, dig­i­tal and mul­ti­me­dia re­quire­ments
• Draft press releases, speak­ing notes, video scripts, mate­ri­als for web con­fer­ences, de­signed col­lat­eral, and web pages
• Create internal communi­ca­tion tools (em­ployee mag­a­zines, news­let­ters, pod­casts etc.) in Ger­man and En­glish; sup­port en­hance­ments to global intra­net for the DACH and EMEA region
• Feed ongoing media relations cam­paigns with com­pel­ling, cre­a­tive pitch angles; draft media mate­ri­als; liaise with tar­get edi­tors / jour­nal­ists to strength­en rela­tion­ships and pitch story ideas
• Plan and execute press events such as press con­fer­ences, press recep­tions etc.; ensure excel­lent brief­ing and prep­a­ra­tion of com­pany rep­re­sen­ta­tives for press appear­ances

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in PR or Com­mu­ni­cations
• 6+ years' corporate com­mu­ni­ca­tions expe­ri­ence for inter­nal and exter­nal tar­get groups; direct expe­ri­ence with C-Suite com­mu­ni­ca­tion is a plus
• Demonstrated project man­age­ment expe­ri­ence under tight dead­lines
• Proven track record in the area of media rela­tions with a strong affin­ity for social media
• Strong and versatile writing skills cou­pled with excep­tional edit­ing skills
• Proactive, creative and inno­va­tive mindset
• Excellent ability to build rela­tion­ships with di­verse stake­hold­ers across the business
• Outstanding communication skills in En­glish (native or C2) and Ger­man (native or C2); abil­ity to adapt com­mu­ni­ca­tion style to di­verse part­ners and tar­get groups
• Experience in using mea­sure­ment tools to re­fine and en­hance com­mu­ni­ca­tions' impact
• Strong technical skills and apti­tude for con­tent man­age­ment pro­grams; basic HTML know­ledge is an asset
• Experience working with exter­nal ven­dors and ser­vice pro­vid­ers such as agen­cies for design, digi­tal, PR and mul­ti­me­dia work
• Readiness to travel
