Interim HR Project Director (m/f/d) Post-Merger Integration

The HR Project Director will lead HR projects focused on post-merger integration. The main objective is to manage the HR integration between PEMA and TIP. The vision is to be one company with all (labour law / legal) HR processes & policies and country-specific policies and systems integrated. The role is based in Germany and the contract is limited to one year. The interim HRD is part of a global HR team and reports to the CHRO of TIP.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics or a comparable HR-related subject
  • Specific legal experience in execution of internally-focused workforce and works council / change / staff communications strategy 
  • Long-standing experience in HR program or post-merger project management
  • Extensive experience in labour relations, compliance and HR operations
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel
  • Strong command of German and English 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and operational improvements as well as to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Home office based; willingness to travel to Herzberg, Göttingen 50% of the time
