Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) Germany

The role:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for Germany you will be responsible for improving the recruiting channel strategy and for driving the talent acquisition conceptually as well as in implementation for all locations in Germany including the worldwide headquarter of Atotech in Berlin. While you liase with our Global TA department you contribute your ideas and approaches on in order to implement the worldwide TA-policy to a local best-in-class recruiting in Germany. You will use your knowledge to meet our hiring managers at the same level, launch new ideas to further position Atotech as a top-employer in our industry. Moreover you take over the role of a business partner (m/f/d) for all managers and employees in a defined area of responsibility including the end-to-end recruiting and advise.

Your tasks in the company:

  • Together with the hiring departments, you define the requirements of each position in Germany, implement search strategies in a targeted manner and gain exactly the support we need for us.
  • Develop and foster candidate pipelines to fill current and potential recruitment needs across all hierarchical levels including the selections process by interviewing the candidates.
  • Source passive candidates through online channels, social media and professional networks.
  • Build a talent pool and foster long-term relationships with past appclicants and potential candidates.
  • Support the Global HR department to roll out a state of the art recruiting tool based on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees with regard to personnel-relevant, labour and social law topics, contract amendments and other personnel-relevant documents.

Qualifications:

  • University degree with a focus on HR Management and  a demonstrably practical talent acquisition background. We are also looking forward to candidates (m/f/d) who would like to develop from a TA specialist (m/f/d) role into the role of a HRBP (m/f/d).
  • Very good knowledge of systematic personnel selection (e.g. structured interviews, aptitude diagnostics, etc.) and deepened practical experience in recruiting
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • A structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working as well as committed and convincing manner
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English,
  • Passion for HR, people and recruiting
