Are you currently in a HR Business Partner function, are passionate about your work with and for people and are looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking to recruit an additional member to our HR team to be based at our global headquarter in Heidenheim (an der Brenz). We are seeking an experienced and ambitious HR professional to act as a relationship manager for designated business functions, proactively partnering on people-related matters in line with business strategy and requirements, playing a vital role in helping to deliver the HR Strategy and being a valued sparring partner for colleagues within HR.

Your area of responibility:

  • Building strong relationships with senior managers and executives, offering advice, coaching and support on all aspects of people management
  • Coordinating and providing guidance in the implementation of change processes in your designated business sectors
  • Leading or actively participating in regional and global HR projects as required
  • Providing active support in the development of global HR concepts and implementation thereof
  • Working closely with business to define recruitment needs
  • Coordinating necessary steps with the relevant interfaces, monitoring progress and ensuring timely and accurate execution thereof
  • Supporting the onboarding of senior executives and managers
  • Establishing and maintaining a trusting, reliable and collaborative relationship with key internal stakeholders including but not limited to leadership, employees, workers councils and other co-determination bodies

What we look for:

  • Degree educated in HR, Business, Psychology, HR or Law or similar qualification
  • Proven Human Resource Business Partner experience in an international matrix organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and solutions development skills
  • Expert coaching and counselling skills
  • Sound knowledge of German employment legislation and individual and collective labour law
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - both in German and in English
  • Methodical, committed, enthusiastic with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and ideally SAP SuccessFactors
