Senior Manager Performance & Talent Management (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Manager, Performance & Talent Management, you will drive European-wide initiatives that have a real impact on advancing the company’s talent trajectory to meet the demands of our fast-growing, changing business. Reporting directly to the Director Talent Management for the Americas and Europe, this role will have a heightened focus on performance management and succession planning. It also requires expertise, design and implementation of talent development, assessment and career planning processes aligned with the global talent management strategy.
Your responsibilities:
- Definition and communication of company-wide Performance Management processes and practices
- Overall management of the performance management process, including the required intersections with pay and reward mechanisms
- Ensuring alignment with the performance management process/system in other global regions
- Establishing, facilitation and administration of a company-wide succession management and talent review process
- Supporting managers in preparation and execution of individual career and development plans for identified talents
- Definition of company-wide development programs for High Potentials in cooperation with the Training & development function
- Ensuring awareness of the company's history, culture and ethical/compliance standards and policies across the company
- Developing communication and marketing methods in educating employees on talent management programs and resources
Your profile:
- University degree in HR related studies' social studies (Psychology, Sociology, Andragogy, Business Management), additional education or certificate related to coaching, assessment, development is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience in HR development and/or talent consulting in an international business environment, ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience with HRIS, talent management and/or LMS systems preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Some experience with designing and implementing talent analytics approaches is a plus
- Cross-cultural relationship building skills are of advantage
- Business fluent in English
