As (Senior) Manager, Performance & Talent Management, you will drive European-wide initiatives that have a real impact on advancing the company’s talent trajectory to meet the demands of our fast-growing, changing business. Reporting directly to the Director Talent Management for the Americas and Europe, this role will have a heightened focus on performance management and succession planning. It also requires expertise, design and implementation of talent development, assessment and career planning processes aligned with the global talent management strategy.
We appreciate strong leadership skills, a strategic and analytical thinking combined with a strong target- and result-oriented approach. You have excellent communication and social skills. Intercultural sensitivity and working in a global matrix organisation are a matter of course for you. Your business ethics are well developed. You keep effectiveness and efficiency under pressure.
