As HR Manager Compensation & Benefits for Arla Foods in Germany and several countries in central Europe you will influence the work life conditions for many across numerous locations all over Europe.
You will be responsible for anchoring reward between corporate concepts and the local businesses. You will participate in the development and implementation of reward procedures, policies and processes and provide key input to the general development of Arla Foods’ Corporate Reward Strategy. Your primary tasks will be to:
You will part of a team of Reward Managers each covering one or several core markets besides driving one or more global reward projects and processes. You will be locally responsible for reward processes and also hold the operational responsibility for one of the reward elements, i.e. Backbone and Job Catalogue. Your primary stakeholders are HR concept owners, HR Business Partners and HR operation teams.
You hold a degree within HR, Economics or equivalent. Your career has provided you with solid experience within Reward Management from a Global Organisation. You have strong skills within data management and analysis. Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors is as a distinct advantage. You have experience with position evaluation, base salary management and benchmarking, and have a thorough knowledge of compensation and benefits elements in general. Finally, you have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
As a person you are outgoing and take pride in developing the business in their understanding and application of the reward elements through presentations, workshops, day-to-day sparring etc. You have a natural sense of urgency and are prepared to walk the extra mile to turn high ambitions into solid results.
With your flexible and persistent attitude, you build lasting relationships with stakeholders by using your strong drive and personal impact. You work independently as well as in a team and have experience of driving and managing your own projects.
