Manager (m/f) Global Compensation & Benefits

We are seeking to recruit at the earliest opportunity a Manager (m/f) Global Compensation & Benefits for the Corporate Human Resources department of KWS SAAT SE on a full time, permanent contract.

Your tasks:

Further development, harmonization and implementation of the worldwide compensation & benefits programs
Contact person and advisor for the executive board and the HR services departments around the world concerning compensations & benefits
Coordination and preparation of annual compensation & benefits processes of the senior management levels
Preparation and monitoring of job mappings according to Hay and assuring the comparability within the KWS group
Realization of compensation benchmarks and results presentations in co-operation with external service providers (e.g. Hay, Mercer)
Organization of benefits audits for assuring fringe benefits in line with the market

Your profile:

University degree in economics or in a comparable field of study
Sound professional experience in the compensation & benefits domain in an international environment
Long-term experience in design and development of grading systems
Good knowledge of the up-to-date compensation & benefits systems in the important core markets (Germany, United States, France)
Excellent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular of Excel and PowerPoint; SAP-HCM skills are welcome
Adequate flexibility and readiness to travel
High affinity for numbers, distinct analytical skills and a systematic working method
Independent and service-oriented working method and a high degree of organizational and communication skills
