Global HR Systems & Reporting Manager (m/f)

We are seeking to recruit at the earliest opportunity a Global HR Systems & Reporting Manager (m/f) on a full time,
permanent contract.
You will be a member of the Corporate Human Resources Team in Einbeck/Lower Saxony/Germany and will work closely with
HR Business Partners of the Service Centers.

Your tasks:

Responsible for managing the full life-cycle of assigned programs and
projects for the Enterprise Human Resources SAP platform (incl.
preparation of related policies, procedures, metrics, reports and
dashboards)
Recommend and support implementation of new IT solutions and
related rules, guidelines and standards in support of function’s strategy
and operations
Design and develop concepts for dashboards to answer relevant HR
questions (Human Capital Analytics)

Your profile:

University degree in Business Adminstration,
HR or related fields
Sound experience as an international HR
generalist
Expert knowledge of HR Systems and
industry practices
Solid Experience in HR analytics and HR
reporting
High affinity to HR process design and HR
IT tools (SAP etc.) and MS Office
Fluency in written and spoken English
